About the Owner:

The owner of J-One Companies has more than 22 years of experience in land development, construction, and real estate acquisition.  After graduating from Texas A&M, in 1997 he began working for a private institution developing single and multi-tenant retail centers and office buildings.  His career path led him to pursue opportunities in the development and construction of light-industrial and office warehouse buildings; and later to the development of small residential subdivisions.  The culmination of his experiences has led him to begin a new venture and establish J-One Companies.

J-One Companies specializes in a variety of property development and construction types in and around Houston, Texas; but we are not just another typical construction company.  We are able to offer and deliver a turn-key approach to servicing our clients. 

With experience as real estate brokers, investors, and developers,  we have gained valuable knowledge of property acquisition, and of the general real estate marketplace.  We have a strong understanding of the very detailed due diligence process that must take place prior to the purchase of any parcel of land in order to avoid costly and sometimes devastating mistakes.  These skills allow us to assist our clients with site selection, pre-development and pre-construction issues, as well as with the actual real estate transaction and closing process.  Our involvement with, and assistance to our clients begins at least several steps before our typical business competitors.

We specialize in the construction of single-use and multi-tenant office, retail, and light-industrial properties for clients that are in need of ground-up construction.  We also offer concrete services to provide paving and foundations, parking lots, and sidewalks for the commercial industry.  We work with production and custom home builders, condominium contractors, and multi-family developers to pour foundations, driveways and sidewalks.  We also do interior build-outs for existing space, and we offer commercial landscape installation, irrigation installation, and scheduled landscape maintenance to commercial property owners and management companies.  We offer design-build as well as bid-build options, and we pride ourselves in maintaining time and cost efficiencies for every project.
